Catch several works by J.C.Verna detailing the atrocities, traumas, and fears of the Latin American political turmoil of the 1960s-70s as well as J.C.Verna’s response of asserting Argentine representation in North American mass culture items through popular saints and pop art.
”The Holyfield presents Monsters, a Multi Media Exploration of the transformation and manifestation of monsters in our lives, from those hiding under our beds to adult fears and traumas. Through the practices of meditation, community conversation and art we will learn how to turn our monsters into Masterpieces.

12 pm - 1:30 Meet and greet for artists displaying work and attendees with light snacks.
1:30 - 2:00 Gong Meditation
2:00 - 3:00 ~15 minute stories from individuals about their "monsters".
3:00 - 4:00 Screening of the Monsters music video with a panel discussion with producers (Dan, Omar, and Ramel) and daughter/mother actresses (Mahal and Bree)
4:00-5:00; Closing
